Honestly, I was skeptical because of the other reviews, but they really did exceed my expectations. The check-in person was extremely polite and helpful. He confirmed everything within minutes of me arriving and let me know how long it was going to take. I arrived at my appointment time and they took my car to start the work almost right away. As far as pricing, I didn’t have insurance coverage for a windshield replacement, and Safelite was the most reasonable price for paying out of pocket. My car was done within the window they gave me and the guy who gave me back my keys was very efficient and nice as well. The work they did was great, you couldn’t even tell anybody had taken my broken windshield off and replaced it. No debris or residue anywhere. I opted for the aftermarket glass because the OEM BMW glass was over $1,500, and honestly they look exactly the same. No weird distortions or color changes. Thanks safelite!

Scheduling online was extremely easy, and communication from the team was clear and thorough. Daniel, the technician who conducted the service on my cracked windshield, was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with the installation. I have a newborn, so dealing with car issues is the last thing I want to do right now, but the process was so easy and fast, it took the burden of stress away, especially since they come to you. I have used Safelite for both of our cars now and had positive experiences both times. Definitely recommend!

Using Safelite was so efficient and convenient. I got an appointment online in a matter of minutes, my technician Ino was prompt, kind, and helpful. I’d recommend safelite to anyone in need of repair. I’m so glad I went with my first mind and used them to fix my windshield/replace my wipers.

The service at Safelite was very disappointing. I had a service today at Safelite for a windshield replacement, and picked it up with new damage/scratches on the front bumper that were NOT there before the service. When I told the store manager, Alex, about this situation, they immediately denied responsibility. He told me that he had a pre-inspection photo of my vehicle, but showed me a photo taken AFTER the vehicle had already been moved to their workspace. It was not actual photos proving the condition of my vehicle when it just arrived at the shop today. Alex said he could escalate the issue to their Service Quality Management team if I wanted, so I agreed to move forward with that process. However, based on the way this situation has been handled so far, I honestly have very little confidence that Safelite will properly take responsibility or provide compensation for the damage. I trusted this company because it is such a large, well-known franchise, and I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and care with my vehicle. Instead, I have my vehicle with new damage that was not there before service, and Safelite has refused to take responsibility for it today. Th

The technician did an amazing job. The communication about the process, timeline and expectations was clear. The time it took to fix the crack was efficient. Very very happy with the work, especially since it sealed and concealed it to 95% not visible. New wipers, rain repellant all in less than 45 minutes!
